MessageCommander is a business-class messaging solution that provides traditional paging functionality as well as enhanced messaging features not available until now. Messages pass through our hosted service before being passed on to your cellular or paging carrier for delivery. MessageCommander provides support for delivery confirmation, long messages, messaging groups, multiple recipients and Message Archiving.

The Solution
MessageCommander will enable an organization to communicate more simply and reliably with its employees in the field and on the move. No longer will there be a need for multiple service providers and devices which are costly, unreliable, and inefficient. Combine devices like pagers, cell phones and PDAs into one mobile device that will provide the vital communications you have come to rely on and enhance your capabilities with new functionality. MessageCommander, in conjunction with your cellular or paging provider, will meet and in most cases exceed the messaging needs of your organization.
Handset Delivery Confirmation
When supported by the cellular or paging carrier, MessageCommander will provide *Handset Delivery Confirmation (HDC) from an end-user's mobile device. This confirmation is sent to the MessageCommander administration portal, as an auto response email to the sender of the message and can even update your internal dispatching and messaging applications. *Not all features are supported by all carriers.
Long Message Support
MessageCommander supports more than 160 characters per message by breaking longer messages into smaller parts and appending a message part count, i.e. (1/3) to each message. Up to 5000 characters per message supported.
Messaging Groups
Simplify sending messages to a large number of recipients by creating messaging group addresses that are shared by all users.
Portal Based Administration
The MessageCommander Administration Portal will allow authorized users to send messages, view message logs, view statistics and rankings, setup and maintain messaging groups and recipients. There are three levels of user access; Administrator, Editor and Reviewer.
Message Archiving
All outgoing messages sent via MessageCommander will be archived for up to three months and will include sender, recipients, message text, and the date and time sent. Additional archiving options may be available.
Nothing to Install
MessageCommander requires nothing to be installed on your organizations internal network and uses the standard messaging client built in to the mobile device for easy end-user adoption. MessageCommander is compatible with most email and dispatching systems and supports multiple levels of security and communication protocols.

Pricing
Licensing is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Licenses purchased during the term of your agreement will be prorated and renewed coterminously with your master term agreement. Licenses are transferable within your organization. Active recipient count may not exceed your total license count. License count will be reconciled monthly. Additional prorated licenses will be invoiced when required. Government and Educational pricing is available.
